Refund Policy

14-day first-payment guarantee

Your first NetWorthOne subscription payment is eligible for a full refund for 14 consecutive 24-hour periods after Stripe records the payment as paid. You can request it from the Billing page without contacting support.

What happens after a refund

We cancel the associated subscription and end product access immediately after Stripe accepts the refund request. We preserve your account data so that it is available if you subscribe again. Bank processing times determine when refunded funds appear.

Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply to renewals, resubscriptions, or requests received after the 14-day window. Canceling renewal without requesting an eligible refund leaves access available until the end of the paid term.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under local law.
